The 3DRPD web portal is easy and efficient to use. To make sure it’s working as fast as possible:
- Reboot your browser frequently
- Do not leave your web portal application open unnecessarily
- Take regular care to archive the cases in the portal. Too many cases will bog down the system. Don’t worry, archiving only empties your web page but does not remove these cases from your account! And if you need help finding a case just call us!
